Hi, my name is shannon. I am 13yrs old. I have just found this site, so I will tell my mum…she will be happy! I have size 10.5 - 11 feet. I have a lot of trouble finding shoes to fit me. I am also very tall, so getting clothes to fit me is also a problem…some advise for me would be great as it may cheer my poor mum up as she is always looking out for shoes & clothes to fit.
My sister is 10yrs old & she takes size 8.5 - 9 & mum 9 - 9.5. where did we get are genes from.??

Wow Teresa Thanks for this, I have used the gell ball things and they were great but not seen the toe post covers. I wear this type of sandal all the time so my in between toe bits are well used to it but it can be sore when I first start after the winter so I will keep my eyes peeled and thanks for the info

Looking for something for going into my shoes with cutout toes to stop slipping forward through the hole !! i found ideal clear gel like things that go under the ball of the foot by scholl/boots.
I personally haven’t worn sandals with toeposts for 30 years as thinking uncomfortable !!!well you can now get clear toeposts covers to make them permanently comfortable by the same stores..

Thank you for your kind offer—but an ‘off the cuff’ question really to any others reading your blogs,!!! i would need white fringey type boots size about 10/11 that were ‘needing a good home’ie.basically freebies !
While Dolly Parton costume is thought amusing by most,it is only out once/twice a year.

I did relook at your site and only khaki size 9 available !realistically i will have to start wearing the first two colours first !!
An’other large shoe comment—must be looking to winning prize !!!
One of my businesses is fancy dress hire and i have available old heeled shoes of mine for when the men dress up as french maids/ugly sisters etc !! and just realized never used the cost against my expenses !!
Also if anyone has a pair of large ladies boots suitable for Dolly Parton !!as only worn by the men—could give a good home !!

I certainly can testify to this Teresa and thank you for your comments. I have a Khaki Green pair to fit you too!!!!!
My hubby also understands my predicament and helped me buy the shoe business The Tall Lady ha ha!!!

lost what i had written–hope not submitted-! so in short–compared to ‘68 when had to wear the old scholl wooden sandals in the snow as couldn’t get shoes /boots in a 10 –things are easier these days. However i still tend to buy in every colour when the style fits !! as Peta can testify to !!–and i have a mug that says–if the shoe fits ,buy in every colour !! bought by an understanding hubby.
